1.What Is The Zippers?

The zipper is based on two parallel narrow fabrics that are sewn or bonded to hold the zipper to the edge of the fabric.

The finished zipper is composed of chain teeth, slider, top and bottom stop (front code and back code) or locking parts. Among them, the chain teeth are the key part, which directly determines the side pulling strength of the zippers.

2.Know More About The Zippers Structure.

• Tape: a flexible tape woven from cotton yarn, chemical fiber or mixed chemical fiber used to carry chain teeth and other zipper components.
• Bead: the reinforcing part of the edge of the cloth tape used to carry metal or plastic chain teeth.
• Rope: a rope consisting of multiple strands of fiber in the middle of the ribbon.
• Scoops: refers to metal, plastic and other materials through the processing of a certain shape of the teeth.
• Filler cord: processed from multiple strands of fiber wire, used in the production of nylon zipper tooth chain rope.
• Chain: refers to the continuous arrangement of teeth.
• Top stop: fixed on the dental chain belt, stopping the puller from slipping out of the belt when the chain is pulled together.
• Bottom stop: fixed on the tooth chain belt, to stop the puller from slipping out of the tooth chain belt when the tooth chain is pulled open, and make the two sides of the tooth chain belt cannot be completely separated stop.
• Pin separable: fixed at the end of the open-end zipper, used to completely separate the chain belt tube-shaped pieces.
• Pin box: fixed at the end of the open-end zipper, used to completely separate the square pieces of the chain belt.
• Slider: a moving part that makes the chain teeth engage and pull apart.
• Puller: is a component of the slider, it can be designed into various geometric shapes and slider body connection or through the intermediate parts and the slider body connection, to achieve zipper opening and closing; (can be directly hanging, and indirectly hanging).

3.How Many Zipper Types Did You Know?

There are three types of the zipper,like nylon zipper,plastic zipper,metal zipper.

• Nylon zippers: invisible zipper, nylon metallic coil zipper,waterproof zipper with adhesive backing, double-bone zipper, woven zipper, etc.
• Resin(Plastic) zippers: gold (silver) tooth zipper, transparent zipper, translucent zipper, luminous zipper, diamond zipper.
• Metal zippers: aluminum tooth zipper, copper tooth zipper (brass, white copper, antique copper, red copper, etc.), black nickel zipper.
